Original Website texts, recipes, photographs, videos, graphics, blueprints, worksheets, structure and other content may be protected by copyright. Unless stated otherwise, Gábor Fleck is the rights holder.
Private viewing and sharing through ordinary Website sharing functions is permitted where it includes attribution and a direct link to the relevant botanique.pro page. Copying, republication, adaptation, database compilation, educational or commercial use of all or a substantial part of the content, and separate republication of photographs or graphics require prior written permission unless the law provides otherwise.

3. Content responsibility
Website content is provided for education and inspiration and is not personalised medical, nutritional, food-safety or legal advice.
Recipes and technical descriptions must be adapted to the user's own conditions, equipment and ingredients and applied with appropriate hygiene and safety practices. For fermentation, preservation, allergens or special dietary and health needs, the user is responsible for choosing suitable ingredients, measurement methods, storage and professional guidance. “Plant-based” or “vegan” does not by itself mean free from every allergen.
Reasonable efforts are made to maintain accurate and current content, but completeness, absence of error and suitability for every individual situation cannot be guaranteed.
