BLOG

Not a syllabus. A train of thought.

The Blog is Botanique’s more personal and immediate space. Here I share not only finished results and ordered connections, but also how I think as a chef, researcher and experimenter: the questions that occupy me, what I am working on, and what changes along the way in my work or thinking.

While the Book organises knowledge into a coherent system, the Blog allows thoughts to appear in the form and at the moment in which they arise.

Two rhythms

Not every thought needs the same amount of space. Some are worth exploring at length; others are best recorded while the experience or insight is still close.

01

Longer essays

Here I give more space to questions that reach beyond a single recipe or kitchen situation: principles, underlying ideas and wider connections concerning plant-based cooking, creation, learning and the Botanique method.

Role: to make room for depth and for discovering connections between different experiences.

02

Shorter posts

News, events, workshop and dinner experiences, work in progress, or insights that do not require a long exposition but are still worth preserving and sharing.

Role: to create a direct connection with Botanique’s everyday work and development.
